• Authored the 2013, 2017, and 2020 FS Cloud Computing Strategies and the 2020 FS IT Strategic Roadmap, 2024 strategies and roadmaps.
• Program management for multiple data center migrations & modernization efforts consolidating 180 data center locations & 800+ applications.
• Modernization & Migrations using agile processes and Human-Centered Design principles. We have built many from the ground up, as well as conducting three major application modernization efforts in support of the FS.

• During the information architecture phase, we create a clear, tiered structure based on user research (surveys, interviews, focus groups) to ensure minimal clicks and easy navigation. This is refined in the navigation phase, where usability testing, heat maps, and click tracking help finalize a user-friendly interface.

• After concept approvals, we dive into the development cycle, using approved mockups to develop functional pages that map to each concept. We create websites through a custom theme and the Gutenberg block editor (native to WordPress).
• Our developers build custom functionality via code to enhance the editor and administrative experience when managing content in the backend. We use the correct amount of hybridization between code and block editors to produce page content. Our approach, utilizing the Gutenberg block editor, provides clients with the right layer of customization to ensure goals are met and sustained.
• We incorporate your current branding when building your custom code to ensure style guidelines, including logo, font, and colors, are representative of your organization. Our block editor allows for websites to consist of custom posts and pages without any coding knowledge.
• During this phase, our development team runs a series of mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance tests on each layout. We will host site progression meetings to showcase and approve any newly developed pages. These templates are specifically designed and developed for clients to ensure a higher level of satisfaction for you and your users. If a layout is not approved, we will typically provide a maximum of two iterations or revisions to ensure your satisfaction. This cycle is repeated until all pages are complete.
• Once development has concluded, we will have a final showcase meeting to officially approve the project before launch.
