Dario is our Technical Writer here at Cynerge. It’s an amazingly niche’ position that he somehow fills perfectly. Need a solid one pager, Dario’s your guy. Need to compile that 80 page report into 5 slides but retain all the information, Dario’s your guy. Need to explain in a powerpoint how to work Jenkins / Docker / Puppet, Dario’s your guy.
Dario enjoys working out, eating salads, dressing well, grooming his voluptuous locks of hair, and keeping organized with various artesian handcrafted locally sourced planners. Dario also coach’s his son’s Hockey Team and travels the state doing so. Some would say he’s living vicariously, but he truly enjoys it.
Fun Fact: Dario has read the entire internet. Stuff that shouldn’t even exist, he’s found it, and likes to share it with the office. Hip Hip, He’s going to goose er
Mike is our Application Magician. We would say developer, but what he and Ben manage to do has to include a bit of magic. He’s a designer, a developer, and has years in Business Advisory roles. Mike specializes in Angular, Rails, Node and WordPress applications, but his real passion is Front End Development. Mike brings a little bit of country to the big city, and is often taken aback by our ways.
Mike spends the majority of his free time with his wife and daughter, avoiding all social gatherings at any cost. He also enjoys playing and making video games, doing outdoorsy stuff, and reading amazon reviews (weird right?).
Courtney is the Operations Manager here at Cynerge, she’s the one who makes sure everything happens when it’s supposed to happen. She handles scheduling, meeting clients, updating workloads, and building renovations.
She may be a millennial, but don’t let that fool you. Sure she likes Avocado Toast, Goldfish Crackers, and Macaroni and Cheese, but she can put in the work with the best of them. She’s an all-star hockey player, and has played in tournaments around the country. Quick with a laugh, and able to brush off any jabs, Courtney is the glue that keeps it all together.
Fun Fact: One time Courtney laughed out loud, at absolutely nothing for 47 minutes straight.
Rachel handles all marketing and materials for Cynerge. She keeps us on schedule for all promotion events and fundraising. She’s a wiz at Design and Logo Management.
In her free time, Rachel owns no less than 3 personal watercraft she likes to enjoy. Her home is nestled in beautiful Lake Orion inside of a gated community. Needless to say, Rachel lives the high life with her German husband and two year old daughter. On the weekends she can be seen calling the HOA to complain about her neighbors enjoying their lake houses. She also enjoys 100 dollar socks, going to bed at 6pm, line-dancing, terrible food, and sweet sweet 90’s jams.
Fun Fact: Rachel lives off of a diet that would shame most college kids.
Jason manages our data analytics and also makes sure we have enough money to keep the show running. He has lived in Rochester Hills for 5 years. He likes huge spreadsheets and eating candy.
Jason has a weird but good obsession with Data, give him a maxed out excel sheet, and he’s like a kid in a candy store (Did we mention he likes candy).
Fun Fact: The office refers to Jason as Grumpy Cat, because he’s never happy. Jason could win the lottery, and complain about paying taxes.
